Study or Gain Experience in Canada
Canada is a great place to study and if you’re young and want to gain some international work experience then Canada is a great place to do that too.
For students attending courses over 6 months duration a Study Permit is required. If you need to work while you study there are options to allow you to work off-campus part time after a certain period. And if you are studying in Canada and have a spouse or common-law partner that is accompanying you there is the possibility of obtaining an Open Work Permit for your spouse/partner.
Beyond graduation there are a range of international exchange programs (such as BUNAC) to allow you to work in Canada temporarily and gain some experience as well as certain Provincial Nominee Programs that cater specifically to international graduates who have graduated from Canadian institutions.
